This is part a restructuring. I can see NRA wanting out of the oppressive state of New York and moving to Texas.

This is part a restructuring. I can see NRA wanting out of the oppressive state of New York and moving to Texas. What? The NRA is headquartered in northern Virginia.

It should get them out of the lawsuit they face in NY.

Perhaps they should cut down on their fundraising postal budget.

If they quit sending out all of their mailings asking for money, they would save quite a bit.

NRA suffered from the “DC Disease” too much easy money, too much bureaucracy, too many high-paying, useless jobs, and the arrogance one gets from living in DC and being close to the organs of power.

The NRA is as corrupt as the Democrats. I refuse to join them and honestly, I don't know why anyone would. I don't see a benefit to being on any list that says I own a gun.
First place Biden and his corrupt DOJ will go to id gun owners is the NRA's membership list. That's when the confiscation starts.
No thank you.

This is part a restructuring. Do you know what real restructuring means?
It means getting rid of high-pay CEOs who aren't true believers in the cause and hiring someone with heart and soul who is so committed he's willing to work for a basic stipend.
I have never believed the highest paid were the best and the brightest. They're there because they know of the play the CEO shuffle.
Stop putting money chasers in charge.
Higher someone with passion who believes in the cause and not someone looking for perks and payouts.

Rename it to NRB until that gets canceled, then NRC etc.
I think it might be a good idea to relocate before Biden (or whoever controls his strings) gets their hands on the membership list.

‘Bout time they stopped trying to feed the alligators up there. Trump suggested this to them and it’s a good thing they listened. Texas is and will always remain a Gun State, A Free State.

That was my first thought. If the NRA wants to survive it has to move to a friendly climate. And that would be Texas among other red states.
I do not see this as a downside.

The NRA is being investigated by the New York State AG. The NRA tried once already to move their incorporation out of the state of New York, but a judge refused because it was seen as a ploy to avoid being investigated by the NY AG.
I doubt that declaring bankruptcy will change the judge's mind about moving their charter out of the state.

I foresee a bad future for them. Now that election outcomes are predetermined and fraud creates a win, their clout has dropped quite a bit.
