Actually, the NRA is in trouble. It’s more than a restructuring.

OK, I'll ask. What is it?

Not smart going non profit. That limits their political activity.

“In short, he states that the majority of people coming in are conservatives escaping the liberal hellholes, and liberals are actually leaving Texas. He had some election numbers to back up his claims.”

****

That sounds interesting. Now why would a homo-loving leftard leave Texas? hmmmm

Good for LaPierre that he is gone. I don’t see him as a Longhorns fan.

Texas will accept the NRA and help them get sheltered from the storm.

I would imagine to be with more homo-loving leftards in places like San Francisco.

no, it was you that said, "A company or organization can’t evade state liability by switching legal domicile."
in response to "It should get them out of the lawsuit they face in NY."

The lawsuit from the State of New York seeks to dissolve the NRA. You and New York can cry about this all you want, but New York is getting what they asked for.

If we cannot even get the courts or congress to enforce constitutional authority involving election fraud, there is no point in membership in a gun rights lobbying organization.

the membership money would be better spent on prepping for civil defense

I have an ominous feeling about the future

Maybe the NRA would not be so insolvent if their great CEO, Wayne LaPierre, wasn’t paid over $2mill./year. Isn’t the NRA supposed to be some kind of non-profit, tax exempt entity? I don’t know.

With the totalitarians taking the Executive branch and the Senate, with all of the false flag events taking place and about to take place...and now this bankruptcy, the 2nd Amendment is in danger...I don’t see the GOP cowards in the Senate creating a united wall against the gun grab.

Lots of ex military moving to the San Antonio and Austin areas. Even liberal Joe Rogan has been making a not so slow transition away from liberal ideas, even said on his podcast “tell me who to vote for”.

You certainly have earned points for being consistent. Consistently wrong.

If you committed manslaughter in New York State, you would be subject to New York law, New York courts, and New York correctional facilities. If upon completion of your sentence you decide to relocate to Arkansas, Hawaii, or Timbuktu you’d be free to do so.

Bankrupts like the NRA are likewise subject to the bankruptcy law of the states in which they’re legally domiciled. Signing a bankruptcy application, as LaPierre did, doesn’t free them from the courts of the state in which they are incorporated.

Whatever remains of the husk of the NRA will be free to relocate assuming it has satisfied the terms of the State of New York.

The NRA is most effective civil rights organization in the world. Every organization touched by man is "corrupt". You just sound cheap and lazy.
