The bottom line is this: if AT had real proof to back up their stories they would have presented it. Dominion obviously is not afraid of discovery and AT knew that they couldn't deliver or they wouldn't have backed down. IF they had proof, there would have been no shortage of conservative lawyers who would have defended AT.
All I hear are theories and allegations but so far nothing in the way of proof has been presented anywhere to any court to substantiate these charges. It appears that Giuliani, Wood and Powell have been misleading us and more tragically have mislead the President. When push came to shove, they put up nothing but a goose egg when it counted (in court)
It sucks to be lied to by people who were previously considered trustworthy. It's not our fault and I will never take all 3 seriously again. It's almost as if they have undone the good they accomplished prior to this For the record, I was with them them until Thanksgiving weekend when it became obvious they had nothing.

I wouldn't lump Giuliani in with Wood and Powell. In fact, Giuliani has gotten a lot of criticism here on FR because he has adamantly stated in court hearings that he was NOT making allegations of voter fraud in the legal challenges he filed. Like any good lawyer, he only presented in court what he knew he could prove -- and I'm sure he knew early on that "the Kraken" nonsense peddled by Sidney Powell was going to do nothing except undermine his client's case.

PROOF is not required in a libel case, merely evidence and an absence of malice. There was and is some strong evidence, but AT does not have the resources to fight a multi$Billion lawfare bully. So they turned tail.
Jimrob fought LA Times and as a result we have this ridiculous list of sources we have to excerpt. But that was just a result of a legal compromise, not a finding in law.
AT could have fought a little bit harder for some kind of settlement, like Jimrob did.
