If you are in the business of producing and selling voting machine hardware and software and anyone goes out peddling stories about your products with no basis in fact, you're pretty much out of business.
Dominion, if it were a responsible company, should have determined whether or not their machines were used for fraudulent purposes. Instead, they’re going after people who might have inferred whether or not their machines were actually committing fraud. They’re going on the offense when they are not the primary entity being blamed for the fraud; not the actions of an innocent party; there are other ways to clear one’s good name (if they have any) besides that.
