Dominion, if it were a responsible company, should have determined whether or not their machines were used for fraudulent purposes. Instead, they’re going after people who might have inferred whether or not their machines were actually committing fraud. They’re going on the offense when they are not the primary entity being blamed for the fraud; not the actions of an innocent party; there are other ways to clear one’s good name (if they have any) besides that.
No, they're not. They've been on the defensive ever since the allegations of vote manipulation first surfaced in these secondary media outlets.
And they ARE the primary entity being blamed for one aspect (the "vote switching") of the alleged fraud. I don't even know the name of any other company that sells voting machines and software other than Dominion, and that's only because I've seen their name dragged through the mud repeatedly in articles linked here on FR.
