The democrats claim there is no election fraud because there are few if any convictions for election fraud. Who investigates election fraud? Nobody. That’s who investigates election fraud.

Nobody except Trump and look what they did to him.

They have learned to scam the system with no repercussions and deionize anyone who mentions it. I see no way to hold an honest election in this country anymore.

These days with all the fog, fake news, diversions, lies and BS there is no more TRUTH when words are spoken when it comes to government, their agencies, entities, politicians, elites, MSM/media, BIG TECH and on - in other words - those who once had enough integrity to be considered as “leaders of the world...”

Paid bots and constant control for the moment by moment trending of peoples thoughts and comments never allow for deeper understanding and discussion of anything meaningful...my opinion - and like AHs, we all equally have one!

The Dominion machines “flipped” votes in Michigan. Maybe not the technical term, but that was the result.

The preface is pretty telling. The rest is a word for word cut and paste from dominion’s lawyers.

There were multiple cases of vote counts for Trump being decremented. This should never happen when votes from different precincts are added to the running total. There are too many cases, and AFAIK all of them favored Biden (which excludes the possibility that they are mistakes, because then they would have split about 50/50 favoring either candidate equally. I.e. which was not the case.

I’ve heard of no reason why the counting stopped, everyone was told it was done for the night and we woke up to spike in the numbers over 90% for Sleepy. I wasn’t manipulated by the news. Thr official “vote counters” told the country that. The turnout number in Wisconsin, the rules changes in P.A and the Shenanigans in GA tell me the election wasn’t fair. No one is going to sue me so I don’t have to pretend all of that didn’t happen. I don’t know what role Dominion played but I know it was a shady election.

Maybe it’s not a problem with the machine being able to accurately count the votes, maybe it’s a problem that the machines can be easily hacked? If there’s no investigation, we will never know.

Notwithstanding the Dominion fiasco, the issues for me were the direct violation of state election laws and undermining of state constitutions, as was done by judges and executive officers in several states, contrary and in direct opposition to the plenary power granted to the state legislatures by the Article II of the U.S. Constitution - which grants exclusively to the legislature of each state the right to determine how, when and where elections are run, and how electors chosen.

There is no denying that these violations were made.

In addition, there are all the so-called “irregularities,” including but not limited to: the refusal to positively identify voters; the refusal or failure to match signatures; the refusal or failure to segregate questionable ballots; the refusal to allow proper inspection of ballots by per-certified official election observers, etc. etc. all of which occurred at voting places and ballot counting facilities, and to which there presently exists (IIRC) over 1000 signed affidavits attesting to these acts.

Every version/release of election software code is deposited in escrow to a third party, and it has been and may be audited again by anyone authorized to do so. Dominion doesn't fear discovery because the code has been audited by many States and I believe by an agency in the Federal govt.

What an insane word. Millions of Fraudulent votes appear out of nowhere, and if we question it, we get sued. If we try to subpoena the machines, we are denied. If we file lawsuit, we have not standing.

They don't have to prove to anyone the election was fair. We have to prove there was fraud within days of the election. And we have to prove there was fraud of the magnitude that would have changed the result of the election. In other words, a little bit of fraud is ok.

I believe there are guilty parties, and the Dominion people are probably no angels, BUT THAT BEING SAID, if some crooked Democrat repeatedly inserts a Biden Ballot into the machine a thousand times, then that ain’t on Dominion, anymore than it is on the electric company that supplied the power to the machine.

These machines are computer controlled. Why would anyone design a system that cannot recognize it is receiving and counting the same ballot over and over? That the counting machine can be fooled this easily doesn't make sense.
