Duh. If people just walking around are getting the book thrown at them..this man is toast.
Too bad they can’t move this fast with Antifa and BLM
They say the Capitol Police officer who died was hit by a fire extinguisher. This guy will get serious treatment and unlike others will get big trouble.
Others need to find expensive lawyers who can dig through the crap to prove how they were entrapped by FBI informants, undercover agents and provocateurs into being present at the Capitol that day.

YEs, isn’t it amazing.
It’s interesting that the leftists controlling Oregon outlawed the use of facial identification when it comes to the Black Lies Matter - Antifa rioting.
But he didn’t die from the fire extinguisher, as his family has acknowledged. He died hours later from a probable heat attack. Doesn’t matter though, the defendant will still get hammered. As he should.
Yet all the murderous scum in Antifa/BLM can get away with anything. Major bull$hit.
Not sure the extinguisher thrower is the same person as in the photo/video. They do not look like the same person.

You saw how fast LE from VA/MD/Capitol Police/FBI/Secret Service/National Guard were called to the scene in DC....and they still believe we are stupid and can’t see right through them!

His lifespan has shortened significantly.
He no longer has to worry about where his next meal is coming from or if there will be a roof over his head.
The Feds will take care of that.

It was wrong to do that but the video that I saw made the fire extinguisher look pretty light weight and bounced off helmeted officers quite easily. They seemed to hardly notice it.
They're keeping the details from us, as they are re: the woman shot in cold blood, but nobody is claiming he died from a fire extinguisher, except yellow journalists who work for the NY Post.
People who throw fire extinguishers at others should be charged - not railroaded.
