That’s a great video, very representative of my own experience. My group decided to stay on the hillside just north of the Washington Monument. I made a few trips down to the “mosh pit” area but our group kept a spot about 100 yards from the monument. From there, with binos, I was able to see north to Trump (on the Jumbotron), as well as east to the Capitol. The Capitol was being swarmed before Trump finished. This is beyond dispute.

It was a setup. There were some Trump supporters in the capitol but they appeared to be very calm and obedient. I am not sure how the woman was shot if she was a Trump supporter.

So did he work his way from watching Trump’s speech up at the front to into the breakaway crowd and work his way towards the front of that group?

Or did he hang back while Trump spoke so he could be in the crowd that went to the Capitol building?

At what point did he cease to be an “observer” and become a participant or even a leader?

why would they let people into the Capitol when people had already stormed it and the effort was to arrest those who had clashed with police? That timeline sounds odd.

I’ve seen the video of some of the protesters fighting with police about five or six times. People who arrived later didn’t see it and didn’t know it had happened.

Yep, I was watching multiple live streams with commentary and distinctly remember one of the live stream hosts remark, “Wow, the people at Trump’s speech have no idea this is happening right now!”.

That’s because the speech crowd had only started heading towards the capitol. On the livestream, the agitators were already attempting to breach the police line, pepper spray, pushing, shoving, etc.

He claims he was there as an observer. So has he given statements to the FBI yet? Can they be corroborated?

Exactly. I watched the speech online and President Trump was late to start and FINISH.

I was keeping an eye on the time because Pence started at exactly 1, and President Trump was still speaking.

This means there was a group who “stormed the capitol” before the orderly procession of Trump supporters were even there.

Ironically, President Trump being late seems to have thrown a monkey wrench in the subversive plans to attribute violent acts, such as vandalism and assaulting a law enforcement officer, to peaceful demonstrators.

They weren’t even there.

I am surprised that more conservative writers have not been discussing this most important point. The presentations in the capitol that day were the only time that the irregularities and fraud of the election were going to be written into the public record. They would’ve been entered in the Congressional record. No courts would hear the cases so, using the legal definition of evidence. the left keeps saying “there is no evidence”.

The Dems had everything to gain by stopping the proceedings. President Trump had everything to lose by stopping the proceedings.

Two people died of health causes. I do not know for sure but I do not think they were even at the Capitol. I think they were at the Trump rally. I actually saw a list of five people once and looked up the obituaries of the these two. Since there was no water or food available on the mall perhaps they got dehydrated and whatever their underlying conditions were just overwhelmed them. I don’t know about that though I never heard of something like this where people who died not near any of the action got counted as a riot death in every news article.
