Questioning the legitimacy of the elector slates sent in by states who conducted their elections outside of the law and constitution, is not a terrorist act.
At least come up with some more onerous reason that makes more sense, like they both broke into the Capitol and let all the rioters in to have their way with the place. Which they did not do either. But at least is sounds more "terroristic" than what they actually did do, which was to follow the constitution with regards to challenging electors.
How about we go back and pick out all of the democRATS who were involved in challenging electors in the past couple of decades and place then on the no-fly terrorist list?
I think Joe Biden might make that list, if I'm not mistaken.

They wont have to confiscate servers or get people’s hosting/domains/TLD routing cancelled. They can just work through the ISPs to track and block the traffic at the user level.
They can do what the RIAA/MPAA never could do back in the day, and that is to use the heart of the communication infrastructure to discern, track, and block traffic at nearly any node.

Remember the friends of republicans own jets. There is no nofly list for private and most charter flights within the united states. They typicaly take a manifest from who is paying. Every congress critter knows this.

When are the true patriot politicians going to wake up that we are under severe threat? Do they not see what is happening? And if they do, what are they going to do about it?
The no-fly list was unconstitutional crap from day one. It should be repealed. If someone is actually guilty of a crime like terrorism, then that is what prison is for, after conviction and upon receiving due process as required by the Constitution.
But one of Cheney’s buddies got a nice fat gubmint contract to hire the coders to keep the no-fly list. 9/11 was a huge bonanze for ne’er do nothings who were friends of the neo-cons.

Four years ago, dems in Congress objected to certification of Trump electors on the grounds Russia put him there. There were riots in DC. Dems also objected to certification for the in 2000 and 2004 elections. Ban then all?
