dont know what happened to previous post- soemthign went wonky- anyways- there’s the link and graphic-
you may be able to talk- but you certainly will not be able to talk distinctly, and without sounding like your airway has been squeezed shut- George’s voice gave absolutely no indication that he was struggling to breath, or that his airway was constricted. He spoke clearly, and was taking full breaths right up until his heart gave out, or however he died. You can hear him breathing exactly the same as when they drove up on him whiel he was sitting inside a car, (which remember he said he couldn’t go inside the police car because he was ‘claustrophic’?), he was talking just fine, the ame as he had been right from the start, right up until when he passed out- even when he passed out from whatever it was, the delirium, the heart causing issues, or whatever,, the police noted, and it was caught on camera, that he was still breathing-
The videos and audio show that no- George was not deprived of air
Yup. I don't know exactly what it would be called in the jurisdiction, but I'd call what I saw a reckless disregard for human life. He had no way to know they guy had fatal levels of drugs in the jackass's system. He'll probably walk (on appeal - he'll be convicted by any kangaroo court they can put together) though, as he was more or less following official policy. I think they overcharged him based on what departmental policy was. It was his pretty obvious disregard for someone under his control that I think he should be convicted for. The problem is, they couldn't charge him appropriately because of the hoo-haw.
[[Floyd would have died anyway based on toxic levels of drugs in his bloodstream.....]]
Slight correction- Floyd Did die from the toxic levels of drugs in his system.
[[However, the officer should have noted that there was a medical emergency and got paramedics involved earlier.]]
Gto the paramendics who were on the road, rushing to the scene, ‘involved earlier’?
There is video of him saying he couldn’t breath even before he was hand cuffed on the sidewalk. The autopsy showed he had double what it would take to OD on Fentanyl and stop his breathing and he had multiple drugs on top of that. This is the same drug that killed Micheal Jackson. The cop should walk, but he will get something to try to stop the burning. It won’t matter what he gets as long as it’s not death, America will burn.
Paramedic were called as soon as he complained he couldn’t breath. The cop was by the book.
The issue is judgement.....
The outcome was going to be the same...
Paramedics were held back but there.....
It isn’t criminally prosecutable but the judgement of the cop was lacking.....
You need to read the last sentence of my post.
Pay really close attention to the jury instructions...
There is a larger game afoot, FRiend. Chauvin walks.
[[There is video of him saying he couldn’t breath even before he was hand cuffed on the sidewalk.]]
I saw video and heard the audio right from the beggining even bofre they decided to take him to the car and put him undwer arrest- He was at his car, ignoring police commands, and babbling on- he babbled on nonstop till he passed out- and as he was walking away from his own car (or his friends car- not sure who owned the car floyd was sitting in when the cops rolled up), and away from the officer who was walking behind him, he was complaining about not being able to breath- and he was already hyperventilating, before anything even happened-
when were they held back? I never saw that- listening to the video, they got there as soon as they could- The cops were waiting for them to get there- I didn’t see any video of the cops or anyone else preventing the paramedics from getting there as quick as they could either?
With that ignorant comment, I’d volunteer to help cronos demonstrate choking himself from the front...
I hope you are right about the outcome for Chauvin.
it wasn’t your ignorant comment It was cronos’s.
Agreed. Saint Floyd killed himself. There was nothing anyone could have done to stop it, although they tried.
He could have restrained him by cuffing him
Exactly. George Floyd died at the hospital. The autopsy results, which seem to have been deep sixed, showed that he had much more than, what experts consider to be, a fatal amount of Fent in his system. Along with all kinds of other substances, meth, cocaine, pot. The fentanyl killed him.
The autopsy said that when they opened his lungs up they were filled with a foamy white substance. This, I have read, is something that they see with Fentanyl overdose. It may have been why he was complaining of not being able to breath while he was still standing up.
Another result from the autopsy was that the coroner took special care to examine the neck. There was no bruising on the outside skin of the neck. They then began to go thru layers of skin, no bruising anywhere.
Yep, he is going to be found not guilty, and, then the riots begin all over again.
I had thought that they had called paramedics and informed them that they would need a certain drug, which is used when they suspect a fent overdose. Is that incorrect?
And yet, the coroner found no bruising on his neck, even below the skin area where the coroner sliced layers looking for bruising and found none.
The cop will be set free when the evidence is presented to the jury.
Not to be argumentative, but...
Jackson died from abusing Propofal. He had some Lorazepam
and other meds in him as well.
