That's up to the military courts. This is federal. I don't think the military has executed anyone on their death row in 60 years.

God, I remember that one: Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Absolutely horrific, as was the Wichita Horror. But, the perps were black, so those atrocities pretty much remained local news, and were for all practical purposes ignored by the national Marxist Media. Mention their names and you’ll get a big “Who? What?” from 98% of the American people.
You’re right. I saw Channon’s daddy in that courtroom and if looks could kill.......remember Davidson was supposed to be getting a new trial along with the others but I read that the judge was disbarred and except for one who got his sentence reduced a few years (I think he was in on the carjacking) but the Tennessee Supreme Court upheld the others sentences......the gal 50 years, 2 other defendants life and Davidson death which I think ought to be carried out by the fathers of Adam and Channon!!!
