Every local news outlet said "there's no way they'll vote for the death penalty...Massachusetts is far too progressive and enlightened".
But they were *wrong*!
If he’s held somewhere other than Leavenworth the guards should just put him out in the yard with a few white supremacist types. They’ll know what to do.
That woman should have been dead long ago.......how evil!!!
Was that the pregnant woman and her 2 children that three savages came in and took the baby (one claimed to be the father) didn’t bother his other child, just left him there I think.......then that damn governor took away the death penalty and these vermin are living off the taxpayer....if they haven’t been released yet!
At least this will be carried out in a more timely manner than some who’ve been sitting on death row for 30-40 years.

Good question. I think he is in military prison, and it is at least 2x harder to execute a military death row inmate. He was sentenced to the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas to await execution.
Trivia: Though ADX Florence, CO, is the top high security federal penitentiary, it only has one inmate awaiting execution, though they have many “celebrity” criminals.

From what I know, you need certain specific situations for a crime to be considered under Federal jurisdiction, kidnapping being one. On Federal property, against a Federal employee, etc. Not an exhaustive list but I’m sure you get the gist.
