Rep. Alex Mooney (R-W.Va.) on Jan. 11 blocked Democrats from introducing a resolution via unanimous consent to call on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald Trump.
The Democrat-backed resolution calls on Pence and the Cabinet to “declare what is obvious to a horrified Nation: That the President is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office.”
Democrats can now bring the resolution up for a vote on Jan. 12 on the resolution. Last week, Mooney was among the Republican lawmakers who didn’t vote to certify key states for President-elect Joe Biden.
Mooney said Pelosi “should not attempt to adopt a resolution of this magnitude without any debate on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives,” noting that “it is wrong to have sent members of Congress home and then try to adopt without any debate a precedent-setting resolution that could imperil our Republic. The U.S. House must never adopt a resolution that demands the removal of a duly elected president, without any hearings, debate or recorded votes.”............................( see rest at link)

I don’t live in W. Va., but I just called his office and left a message thanking him. I told him that at 73, this last Presidential election might be the last one I ever vote in. I may not be here in four years. Family history isn’t on my side. I told him that I would be canceling my Republican voter registration, and would at this point, never vote for another Republican for as long as I live, unless a truly Conservative third party was formed. When the majority of Republicans voted to validate, and sanction unlimited voter fraud on January 6th, thus disenfranchising the 75-80 million people who voted for President Trump, that I could not, in good conscience, ever vote for a party that did not respect me enough to protect my vote from being voided by an illegal ballot.

And he will sue them.
And he will win.
They want to shut him down and prevent him from establishing a rerun and they want to prevent his influence inside the GOP to FIGHT the Dems, and of course the RINO GOP want that too.
