It had been “Trump will speak at 9:00 pm” for a while. Now changed to 12:30.

Why not cede the remaining half of DC back to Maryland, as was done with the other half, to Virginia, in 1847? That would give appropriate representation in the House to DC residents without carving out two more Senate seats.
