Treason is defined in the constitution, and it is annoying that so many conservatives use it as an all-purpose epithet even where it does not apply. On the left “racism” is the all-purpose insult for the uninformed to use.
Why wasn’t she immediately arrested? Is it not a violation of the UCMJ to even hint at what is effectively a military coup?
Sedition. Overthrow of the government.
Treason is defined in the constitution, and has a “declared war” element, use of the word “enemies.”
In order for sedition to be criminal, it must advocate the use of violence. Not that the actor have capability of it, because we all have capability of it, but actual use of it. If she had advocated that the Pentagon “go and remove POTUS from the WH using any force necessary,” that would be criminal. Usual the criminal element is planning to take up arms and remove the government with force, the way the founders committed criminal sedition against the King.
Nancy certainly committed sedition. So has a good part of the US Congress. But IMO it was not criminal sedition.

this shows you they did commit fraud. now I don’t think that it was something Machiavellian involving foreign countries, but it was grassroots fraud. they went and changed election laws illegally to allow all sorts of unverifiable mail in ballots to be counted and went out and “sent out” millions of ballots. Sure most were probably legit but even 5% of bad ballots being counted was enough to put Biden over the top in these counties in PA, WI, MI, GA and AZ.
We saw dumps of 100K more ballots and all went for Biden ..statistically IMPOSSIBLE. Yet the lames in the media still say “baseless” claims.

Its not just Pelosi... its the uniparty and the solidified power base we just witnessed in action these last weeks is built on the 17th Amendment
Pelosi is so panicked. What did she do to be so freaked out? Did she arrange a hit on the senator who was going to object to the Electoral College count? Have him taken out by hidden assassins while he was “secured” in the tunnels beneath the Capitol. Maybe the intended assassins got in through those tunnels that BO had installed to his new digs down the street before he left office? Did Trump not seal that tunnel; just put in hidden observation cameras? Weren’t some Senators taken by surprise when the Senator who planned to object reappeared for the hearings later that night? Did Pelosi get caught? She sure is worried.
We'll give Nan a basement in Gitmo like Joe has. She'll have her huge fridge full of ice cream. Maybe a toilet. She'll have a 72 inch screen but all she can watch are RightWing videos and it can't be shut off.
Exactly! What are they so afraid of? It's got to be devastating information that the dems AND repubs don't want revealed. It must be so bad that they are desperate enough to keep him off all social and news media. That is what it is looking like to me.
