We knew this development days ago. It was to the tune of $1.3 BILLION with a ‘B’.

Either Sidney Powell is bat-s*it crazy or she has something. At this point, I’m “hope-porned” out.

Counter sue for four Trillion. That is the US federal budget that Dominion f@cked Trump & his supporters out of controlling. Then get real discovery including the actual machines, all of them used to vote. Unaltered!

Filing a lawsuit is defamatory by definition

A countersuit accusing you of saying mean things in relation to your case is absurd

Discovery would be fun. You can bet they’ve already scrubbed their email servers and their development servers. That’s why they’ve waited so long.

Normally, this would be crazy because of discovery. So, some damning stuff comes out in discovery. So what? Who will do anything with it? The media? Lol. The FBI? Lol. She needs to move to somewhere without extradition.

Powell is pretty good at turning over rocks that the bugs underneath don’t want to happen. This is going to be interesting. I like the idea of counter suing for 4 trillion.

Dominion Voting Systems announced Friday it sued pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, claiming she damaged the company’s reputation in her election lawsuits

Yeah, SIDNEY damaged their reputation, I'm sure the election cheating had nothing to do with it.

I only got a B in Civil Procedure, BUT I’m pretty sure you can’t sue a lawyer for defamation in the context of criminal or civil litigation matters. Dominion has no standing. Plus, it is a public entity with limited ability to sue over defamation. A public person/entity is different than a private citizen. AND they have to prove all the elements of defamation, of which most of the time includes that the person knew they were lying and spoke anyways. I’m also pretty sure dominion can’t sue on behalf of it’s private citizen employees. If dominion wasn’t injured, the court has no way to rectify the situation, and thereby, no standing.

And, isn’t Sidney a citizen/resident of Texas? These states have no jurisdiction over her (or her property) (pending long arm statutes which idk). Don’t they have to sue her in Texas?
