House Democrats on Friday discussed moving forward with efforts to impeach President Donald Trump a second time, circulating the draft of a single article citing "incitement of insurrection" that they could introduce as early as Monday and hold a full House vote on as early as the middle of next week.
The article charges Trump with "willfully inciting violence against the government of the United States" with his comments at the rally outside the White House that it says "encouraged—and foreseeably resulted in—imminent lawless action at the Capitol."
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi held a lengthy conference call with her caucus Friday on how to proceed with just 12 days to go before Trump will leave office.
"The president chose to be an insurrectionist," Pelosi told members at the start, according to a source on the call.
Earlier, she sent a letter saying Democrats should pursue impeachment unless Trump resigned "immediately."

One way to fight this is to compile a montage of all the times that Democrats encouraged, condoned, or made excuses for leftist rioters or occupiers, as well as prominent journalists who’ve done the same. There could be another montage of all the vehement rhetoric (Madonna, Maxine Waters, et al) directed at Trump and his supporters, and how it could be easily seen to promote insurrection or acts of violence against the president.

Trump said “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. Today, we will see whether Republicans stand strong for integrity of our elections.”

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed. Try and get it done SAP before the 20th

Seems pretty silly to impeach Trump now. It will take them longer to vote on his impeachment than it will to just run out the clock.

Journalist Alex Newman says if you think the certification of Joe Biden as President means it’s over, you are wrong. It is not over, and the Deep State coup plotters are afraid of President Trump invoking something called the “Insurrection Act.” That act allows him to stop a coup or an attack on America by using the military or militia.
Trump has said that he has tried to overturn the fraudulent election by all legal means and has failed. Newman says, “Former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) General Michael Flynn says he is 100% sure Trump will be President for the next four years. He said it was a ten out of ten. Flynn knows things we don’t know, and Flynn is dealing with the President on a regular basis. . . . The President has to understand that if he walks away, they are never going to leave him alone. . . . It’s a dark day for America.
There are a lot of people that think the President is considering various options (such as the Insurrection Act). I get the sense that the Deep State swamp monsters are absolutely freaking out. There are a few reasons why I say this. One is the hysteria of removing the President under the 25th Amendment, and if that fails, then going for an impeachment. Why?
If you really believe the guy’s gone in two weeks, if he’s been defeated and you’ve got him in checkmate and there is nothing more he can do, why are you so anxious to get him out of there? I think they are worried about massive declassification. . . . I also think there is something else. Several former Defense Secretaries have written a letter and told the President that he should not invoke the Insurrection Act. Some generals that I was recently on a call with say he must invoke the Insurrection Act. I don’t know what he’s going to do, and I am not making any predictions, but I do think there are many powerful people in Washington that are terrified of what he might do in the next two weeks.”
