Two hundred and thirty-eight lawmakers are calling to impeach President Trump following the Wednesday riots at the U.S. Capitol, according to the latest tally on Friday morning.
The number of lawmakers calling for President Trump’s impeachment is growing, with House Democrats drafting articles of impeachment which conclude that the president effectively exists as a “threat to national security, democracy, and the Constitution.”
“President Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any sort of office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States,” the articles state, accusing Trump of inciting the riots that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, resulting in evacuations, lockdowns, and fatalities — including one police officer.

My, the Democrat pony only knows one trick...and can’t get that right, either!
I just saw some new videos (on TV, so, no link)
Of the police themselves removing barriers and opening doors to usher Antifa (and some tag-along Patriots) into the Capitol building.
And other videos of people obviously ANTIFA, trying to break windows, while the patriots shout to the police that they are Antifa, and some patriots actually try to disarm the ones breaking in of their Tonfa (billy clubs with side handle), and another guy with a sledgehammer while the cops do nothing.
And another showing the arm and the gun and the flash of the gun that assassinated Ashli Babbitt.... a moment later, the shooter, a guy in a dark, expensive suit with matching face mask, not in a police uniform, came out from his hiding place for just a second. It might be possible to identify him with facial recognition, although I doubt that the people running official facial recognition systems will want to.
That would be 138 as there are only 220 or so democrats
I have an idea.
It takes time to do an impeachment so they should extend Trump’s term of office six months so they can have a really good trial and learn that Trump and his supporters good.
Yup, Trump is a threat to the constitution by trying to uphold it.
If I even see one of these people drowning, I sure am going to miss my anchor.
The first day the idiot Biden takes over, we need to get a commission to investigate the Biden crime family and keep it up for 2 or 3 years and millions of dollars.
Does anyone know if the new Senate or the old would have the Trial if Nanzi sends it over?
“I have an idea.”
So do I.... release the Insurrection Act.
The Party breakdown in the new House of Representatives is:
Democrats 222
Republicans 212
Title is in error.
“So do I.... release the Insurrection Act.”
Ok with me.
I don’t think it will happen.
It’d be something, though.
The country is hurting due to shut downs. Don’t they have something better to do than be vindictive. Don’t they see this can come back at them in the future and it will not in any way help unity.
No it is correct. 200 House members and 38 Senators.
It will be interesting to see how many Republican senators vote to convict. I would guess that perhaps ten, but I would be surprised if Trump was actually convicted (need 67 convict votes). If that happened, the Republican Party would cease to exist.
I don't see how Pres. Trump has any other choice. This IS an insurrection being played out. Not a partial one. Not a half-assed one. A full-fledged one, including the pending installation of an illegitimate administration and governmental structure, achieved through overwhelming fraud.
New CONgress.
How can that number be accurate when I though the rats only had a 5 seat majority? 218+5 + 1 GOP

238 Lawmakers? Nope. 238 Children of Satan.
Not 50 rat Senators? That seems to bode well for the impeachment vote.
