(1) This may not be constitutional.
(2) The GOP is likely to take over in 2022, and could use this precedent to expel Swalwell, Alcee Hastings and a host of others.
“ This may not be constitutional.”
House and Senate get to decide who they will or won’t seat.
Where exactly is constitutionality to be upheld these days?
And just how is our now-established system of election fraud going to allow any type of GOP majority that would do anything about it?
“The GOP is likely to take over in 2022”
I guess you slept through both the Presidential and Georgia run off fraudulent elections.
Trump voters won’t show up in 2022, assuming elections are still being held.
[[(2) The GOP is likely to take over in 2022,]]
I’m thinking no- 80 million Trump voters are pissed at the rinos that turned on Trump, and In my opinion- uneducated as it is, they will make sure those rinos don’t get reelected in the midterms as a result-
The GOP may not even exist by then, or at least be a viable party at that point.

Constitutional? Voting? Great comedian. You could work the nightclubs.
Since when did the Constitution mean anything to the democrats and what makes you think that we’re going to have any chance at an honest election in a very long time?
“Alcee Hastings”
I’d love to see him expelled. He was a federal judge who was impeached and removed from office - by a Dem controlled US House and Senate. The vote to impeach and remove was overwhelming in both houses.
That alone should have kept him from ever holding public office - but noooooo. He found a black majority district in south Florida and has been re-elected overwhelmingly since then.
But his days are becoming fewer. Late last year, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was and remains a scumbag but I don’t think I could wish pancreatic cancer on anyone.
That is the most hilarious thing posted all day... Why not include the statement that the New York Jets will probably win the Super Bowl next month...
#1 - It is more probable that there will never be any more "free" elections... We have just experienced the meager elements of the communist's electoral plans...
#2 - Even if there were "free" elections, IMHO, at least half of all the Trump voters would never vote for a GOP candidate again...
Just think back to the 2008 and 2012 elections when about 1/3 of the GOP base stayed home on election day...
What do you think is going to happen now??
NEVER.GOING.TO.HAPPEN.
“(1) This may not be constitutional.”
It is 100% constitutional. The House and the Senate can expel members by the rules they decide on.
The GOP is dead.
What are you smoking?
