There may be an element of truth in some of that....
Other than a relative handful of potentates, the US could LEARN A LOT from the voting systems of other countries. Even Mexico’s system is now FAR SUPERIOR to ours.
...but it doesn’t matter anymore as the Dems love the system, just the way it is, and they will never change it.
