Wow! Rand Paul, of all people, lamenting the death of intelligent debate. If anybody should be the last person to believe that intelligent debate was being had anywhere near Washington DC, it should be Rand Paul. I don’t always agree with him, but he’s made numerous very valid points through the years, and never got any traction from the other side ever. Well, here he is bemoaning the demise of whatever it is that he imagines in his head must have been the longtime proxy for this supposed intelligent debate he speaks of.

The rest of the Senate must be keeping Rand totally in the dark.
