Senator John Cornyn will not object to President-elect Joe Biden’s win in the Electoral College when Congress convenes for a joint session on Wednesday.

“Allegations alone will not suffice. Evidence is required,” Cornyn wrote.
Cornyn writes that he made this decision the same way he made decisions as a judge.
“Unless substantial, new evidence is presented during the challenges to each state’s ballots, I will not object to the certification of that state’s election results based on unproven allegations,” Cornyn wrote.

Also, there are laws that only allow the State Legislature to change election rules. When the SOS and Governor arbitrarily change those, that is clear proof of fraud.

What more evidence do they need? An inspection of the machines and ballots?

Maybe they should stop certification until allegations proven false.
