The American colonists proved their patience with King George III. He proved their patience could run out. It was approximately 12 years between the first act issued by his Highness across the Atlantic and the first shots fired across Lexington and Concord.
The King and Parliament had made clear their disdain for the colonists, who were surely no more recipients of the rights of Englishmen than any other subjugated specimen in the British Empire. They would be taxed without their consent. They would house British soldiers without their consent. They would purchase their goods from Britain without their consent. They would do as the King and Parliament pleased “in all cases whatsoever” without their consent.

Watch governments at the state level. If they don’t get serious, then nothing anyone else does will have any effect.
(and I doubt they’ll get serious, and if they eventually do, it will be too late)
It is our duty to fight for liberty. It’s expressly described in the Declaration of Independence.
MY forefathers would already be shooting!
Here's the answer: KTF
The key to resistance is the states. If the free - or, at any rate, freer - states resist the Dem shutdown order (which will surely come as soon as Biden gets in) then they will eventually have to form a union among themselves...a new but hopefully more successful Confederation.
As for the election, that also depends on the states, but I’m not sure there’s been enough movement in that direction. I think some of them are just beginning to realize their responsibility, and it may be too late to get the support necessary.
I guess we’ll know in a couple of days. Very stressful times!
People are pushed to the limit on both sides, mainly due to the power of social media and the corrupt media that we have allowed to exist. Perhaps we are protesting the wrong folks and should be standing outside of the offices of the Washington Post, NYT, CNN, Twitter and Facebook, etc.
Here is the problem as I see it: We once had a common enemy, King George and England, and the people were united against that common enemy. That is not the case now as the enemy is among us; family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. Who do we shoot, whom do we take up arms against? Even the Civil War had its boundaries and the people knew which side they were on. This is a vastly different scenario. Are we heading towards anarchy, are we a repeat of the former Roman Empire?
“As for the election, that also depends on the states, but I’m not sure there’s been enough movement in that direction.”
Yea, the problem was/is that the vast majority of even Republican voters think of Democrats as a party that also loves the country as it is (within the Constitution), but are just misguided on a few issues.
The failure to address who the Democrat leaders REALLY are has led us to where we are, and turning this around will be next to impossible, at this stage, without a huge amount of violence (which I also don’t see happening and don’t endorse).
We have met the enemy and they are us.
I don’t get Netflix. Can you give me a summary of your thoughts?
“ It is our duty to fight for liberty. It’s expressly described in the Declaration of Independence.”
I don’t hear many young people expressing that sentiment. It’s mostly from us geezers. The Progressives really aren’t afraid of us. Maybe we should change that. I mean, should I give up my comfortable life so some ungrateful snot can stare at his/her phone all day trying to determine if they are male or female? Not a chance. Neither will I roll over and let them run roughshod over us. More young people need to stand up and not be Antifa.
People who subcribe to Netflix are part of the problem.
It is our duty to fight for liberty. It’s expressly described in the Declaration of Independence.

Yes, and it’s the weight, blood, and the life of every Patriot who has previously given his all to protect a Country founded on this Declaration. It may seem trite to some, but this the real deal. We betray those souls watch this unfold to let this Country fall to the enemy without a fight to preserve it. Right now we are only bystanders. The military has washed its hands of the matter so that leaves those who still give a damn to rise up and take our Country back. There’s no one else to do it. With regard to the military swearing off getting involve, I find it more than amusing how quickly they have rushed to Bowser’s aid to preserve the Swamp.
Behind the Deep State and the Democrat Party is China, the CCP to be precise. The CCP has its tentacles wrapped throughout our country's institutions, government (state and federal), military, intel community, corporations, and on and on.
The CCP realizes that the U.S. is the last superpower standing in its way of world domination. If Biden is installed as President, they will quickly move to consolidate their power, pulling tight the reins of control.
Actually, they are probably feverishly consolidating their grip on the U.S. right now and, depending on what happens on January 6, will employ a series of stratagems to complete their coup even if the election theft fails.
I’ll have to get out my engine block splitter.
First you stop ‘em, then you hose ‘em

I agree, the enemy is not as easy to define and find as they are intermingled throughout. Additionally, it does appear we are following the same path as the Roman Empire in its decline.
