Conservatives who object to election fraud have found that liberals' favorite retort is "your claims have been laughed out of court."
This argument is authoritarian in its reasoning. It defers to a juridical priesthood and allows one guild, the attorneys, to override what average people can see in front of them. Such an argument should not stagger wise conservatives. The latter can always draw from Plato's Republic and the debate between Socrates and Thrasymachus over whether justice is merely defined as whatever the mightiest people in society say it is.
Spoiler! Socrates wins that debate. That's partly why people live in free republics in many parts of the world 2,400 years later.
Juridical systems have a long and checkered history. In researching a current book project, Traumatizing the Tongue, I spent years researching the Spanish Inquisition, the French Reign of Terror, the German Gestapo, and the Soviet gulags. In each of these historical examples, political and social upheaval led to illogical judicial systems whose irrational decrees distorted language itself, past the point where Spanish, French, or German could fully recover.
People who have been granted juridical authority can indeed err en masse by an enormous margin, for long periods of time, on matters that should be obvious. No human language has ever appeared that can withstand the basic warning of Jeremiah 17:9 (inside the heart is wickedness beyond measure).

The legal game was this:
Sue before the election and you are prematurely before the court and have no standing.
Sue after the election and it’s too late. You should have sued in the months leading up to the election.
Heads we win. Tails you lose.
When’s the last time a major judge or politician was arrested and convicted for bribery and corruption? I guess liberals would say that it just doesn’t happen anymore...
Great article with numerous money quotes.
Thanks for posting this.
at this point its pretty obvious we’ve had a foreign coup disguised as a US Presidential election
it was “beautifully” and precisely timed. In fact it is about the ONLY POSSIBLE way to have taken down the USA
Since there is no law, there is no law
I had a business associate involved in a legal matter a few years ago. He won his case, but the whole process was so ludicrous that he'll never do that again. He has far too many options -- both legal and "illegal" (whatever that even means anymore) -- to waste his time and money in a stupid legal process that only enriches attorneys and employs court staff.
The judiciary is corrupt in critical situated areas. That corruption followed decades of placements guided and controlled by powerful interests, not necessarily liberal, but despotic domineering interests led to think might makes right. A mafia vertical emerged.
President Trump has worked relentlessly to reverse the rot starting at the appellate level.
In my own sphere of activity, we have removed 3 judges with more to come. But to be realistic, the prospect of a Biden presidency is a threat to this and similar efforts.
Well, there is Alcee Hastings. Then the rats put him in congress.
It is like treason. It doesn’t happen anymore.
Since Jane Fonda sat on that anti-aircraft gun in North Vietnam and nobody said or did anything to charge her, treason was finished.
Heck, even the jackass Bergdahl, who should have had at best a rope around his neck, and at worst, a firing squad, got invited to the White House in one of the most shameful and embarrassing things I saw in the eight years of that putrid administration.

Craved in stone above an entrance to the DOJ in D.C.
The pushback will be interesting to say the least.
The author wrote: "...The inability to see the word "person" as the word clearly presents itself led, in America's case, to the total inability to understand the words "man," "woman," "mother," "father," "child," and "marriage..."
This.
NORMAL people understand these words, but there are those who fight to change the meaning of them while at the same time knowing exactly what they mean.
And when hen you have people taking seriously the most powerful man in the world haggling over the meaning of the word 'is', then you have a problem indeed.
This reminds me of a video a friend gave me about 20 years ago proving that money earned in the US by a US citizen is not taxable. It was ridiculously convincing. However, I told my friend that it is a waste of time to make the argument in a court. In fact, some have tried and they got shut down before they can even make the case, with proclamations by judges, as they bang the gavel, along the lines of “everybody has to pay taxes”.
The problem is this: What if someone fought it in court and won? i.e. a court says no US citizen has to pay federal taxes on wages earned.
The country would collapse. Therefore, they don’t allow you to even make the case and declare it “frivolous”.
The beginning of wisdom is fear of the Lord. Step two is realizing the US is not a Norman Rockwell painting.
We have lost respect for a great many (if not the majority) of our institutions.
The tipping point will be when we just say, “Sorry, not doing it.”
That point is soon.
Whether or not we regain our respect depends very highly on what we do to the perps of this malady.

1) No war was ever won on defense.
2) It’s not a war until somebody fights back.
3) A war is not won by the victors, victory is decided when the vanquished surrender.
4) A war is not really won until the will of the opposition is destroyed, not just their ability to make war.
“It is like treason. It doesn’t happen anymore.”
All of the founding fathers were traitors to the legitimate ruling authority in 1776.
Those who wish to prosecute and punish others for treason or sedition should consider one question. What is the line between dissent/opposition and treason?
To some on the left posting on Free Republic, or voting for Donald Trump, are acts of treason.
Yep. From a secular viewpoint, marriage is about children.
Language has been wrecked.
I know multiple young women who call themselves ‘bi’ because their language has become so twisted along with their thought processes, that either despite their monogomous relationships with males, their male partners consider themselves women - so they consider their relationship homosexual; or the woman has decided she is a man, in love with an actual man - even if the woman is fully feminine. The internal contradictions drives these people crying-babbling insane, when they were not previously so.
