They have to start that 10 day audit very quick, or President Trump remains president, or the vote goes to the House to be decided by state.

If that is the case...Trump wins. The state legislators would decide..not the US House.
Someone posted here that Republican controlled state legislatures number 27, and the dems control 22..Adds up to 49..but that is what was posted.

here is some interesting info about Braun

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A wealthy Indiana Senate candidate who bills himself in television ads as a conservative Republican voted for more than a decade in the state’s Democratic primaries, according to public documents obtained by The Associated Press.

I get 29 Rep, 19 Dem, and 2 divided which adds up to 50.

The 2 divided states are: Minnesota & Nebraska.

Yes, but that doesn’t leave the house out of the picture. I haven’t seen anything to indicate state legislators wouldn’t need a super-majority to override state law (popular vote) to appoint new electors. I suspect (unsure) they could declare their states vote corrupted and decertify with a simple majority. If that is the case, then below 270 sends it to the house.
(i think the 26-23-1 or 27-22-1 is state tally of R leads in the house)
