Sen. Ted Cruz Is Leading a GOP Senate Coalition to Oppose Election Results: Here are the names of the Senators joining Cruz

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is leading a coalition of Republican senators who plan to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential results. The group is calling for a "10-day audit" of the results after "unprecedented allegations of voter fraud, violations and lax enforcement of election law, and other voting irregularities."

“Voter fraud has posed a persistent challenge in our elections, although its breadth and scope are disputed. By any measure, the allegations of fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election exceed any in our lifetimes," the coalition said in a statement.

Those allegations have cast a doubt on whether or not former Vice President Joe Biden is indeed the winner of the election. In fact, a joint poll between Reuters and Ipsos found that 39 percent of Americans believe "the election was rigged." Of those, 67 percent of Republicans shared that belief, compared to 17 percent of Democrats and 31 percent of Independents.

“Some Members of Congress disagree with that assessment, as do many members of the media. But, whether or not our elected officials or journalists believe it, that deep distrust of our democratic processes will not magically disappear. It should concern us all. And it poses an ongoing threat to the legitimacy of any subsequent administrations," the group explained.

The coalition believe the courts, specifically the United States Supreme Court, should have addressed the issues of voter and election fraud.

“Ideally, the courts would have heard evidence and resolved these claims of serious election fraud. Twice, the Supreme Court had the opportunity to do so; twice, the Court declined," the said.

Because Congress has the constitutional power to decide whether or not to certify the election results, the coalition believes Jan. 6 will be the time to "consider and force resolution of the multiple allegations of serious voter fraud."

Although Democrats have repeatedly shot down accusations of voter fraud, there have been numerous instances where Democrats objected to the results of a presidential election. They did it in 1969 with Richard Nixon, again in 2001 and 2005 with George W. Bush and in 2017 with Donald Trump. In 1969 and 2005 a Democrat from both chambers of Congress forced a vote on whether to accept the Electoral College votes that were being challenged.

The senators want to follow the precedent established in 1877 when an Electoral Commission was established to address allegations of voter fraud.

“The most direct precedent on this question arose in 1877, following serious allegations of fraud and illegal conduct in the Hayes-Tilden presidential race. Specifically, the elections in three states—Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina—were alleged to have been conducted illegally," the coalition explains. “In 1877, Congress did not ignore those allegations, nor did the media simply dismiss those raising them as radicals trying to undermine democracy. Instead, Congress appointed an Electoral Commission—consisting of five Senators, five House Members, and five Supreme Court Justices—to consider and resolve the disputed returns."

The coalition calls on their colleagues to establish an Electoral Commission "with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed."

All 11 of the senators will vote not to certify the election on Jan. 6 "unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed."

They did, however, make clear that they expect the challenge to take place on a partisan basis, even though election integrity is not a partisan issue.

“We are not naïve. We fully expect most if not all Democrats, and perhaps more than a few Republicans, to vote otherwise. But support of election integrity should not be a partisan issue," the coalition explained. "A fair and credible audit—conducted expeditiously and completed well before January 20—would dramatically improve Americans’ faith in our electoral process and would significantly enhance the legitimacy of whoever becomes our next President. We owe that to the People."

“These are matters worthy of the Congress, and entrusted to us to defend. We do not take this action lightly. We are acting not to thwart the democratic process, but rather to protect it. And every one of us should act together to ensure that the election was lawfully conducted under the Constitution and to do everything we can to restore faith in our Democracy," the senator said.

The group joining Cruz includes Ron Johnson (WI), James Lankford (OK), Steve Daines (MT), John Kennedy (LA), Marsha Blackburn (TN), and Mike Braun (IN), and Senators-Elect Cynthia Lummis (WY.), Roger Marshall (KS), Bill Hagerty (TN), and Tommy Tuberville (AL).

RE: The DOJ and local state enforcement officials have investigated and said there is no wide spread fraud that could over turn the election.

WHERE IS THEIR REPORT OF THEIR INVESTIGATION?

Who did they interview, where did they go, what party did they talk to? Did they interview Jesse Morgan, Meslissa Carone, Ruby Freeman or Jovan Pultizer?

Can you direct us to their written report?

Can we trust a DOJ that spends resources on investigating a Russia Collusion hoax and sending 14 agents to investigate a noose on the garage door of a black NASCAR driver yet, never bothered to tell us who they investigated for this election?

As for the courts, can you tell us which court actually took time to look at the evidence other than to dismiss the cases due to procedural issues and lack of standing?

Do your due diligence and get back with a report. You can’t afford the hourly consulting rate.

You asked for my opinion as to why this is a waste of time and I provided it.

Your comment about the DOJ on Russia has nothing to do with their investigations into this issue, though the DOJ did eventually come to the correct conclusion (no collusion and no obstruction). I could also provide you with all sorts of news articles etc., but all you are going to do is close your mind to it all including the fact that Trump’s own agents never tried to argue fraud in many of the cases.

I am long past the election and have moved on. I am now focused on the Georgia Senate elections and I am really hoping the GOP hangs on in Georgia.

If you want to continue the election fight, feel free and I wish you the best.

Good luck with this coming week.

Okay, it’s time now to put pressure on Sasse, Thune, Delecto, Cornyn, Murkowski and the rest of the Vichy Republicans to oppose the election results. Use the opportunity to annoy them; really get under their cuck skin in a relentless manner.

I find it VERY HARD to believe that you believe these 2 senate candidates are going to be the saviors of this nation with the likes of Romney, Collins, Sasse, Merkowski, and Linda going which ever way the wind blows REALLY?? I frankly don’t give a damn anymore!! Once this nation ALLOWS a fraudulent election stand the nation is DONE!! Right now we have businesses closed down unless the government deems them essential, our churches have been closed down, our free speech and words are abolished unless the government deems them fit, our media is completely censoring everything the government doesn’t deem fit to print, we NO LONGER have equal justice in this country and YOU are worried about 2 RINO senators!!

RE: I could also provide you with all sorts of news articles etc., but all you are going to do is close your mind to it all ...

By all means show us all the articles that purport to show that all these evidence presented of fraud are bogus. My mind is NOT CLOSED. If you can show me that Biden won fair and square and that there really is no fraud, I’m ready to accept him as my President but not until.

Let’s start with the evidence presented of the late night command to canvassers to vacate the State Farm arena and then the bringing out of the case full of ballots to count while they went home. There was a video of that incident and the culprit’s name was Ruby. Show me what the DOJ concluded with their investigation of this.

Also show me what the DOJ concluded when inventor Jovan Pulitzer demonstrated to a Georgia Senate panel how his team was able to get into the Dominion Voting Machines via the internet through a wifi connection refuting the CEO of Dominion’s contention that their machines DO NOT connect to the internet. What did the DOJ conclude from this? Send me your articles of rebuttal.

If the articles you show can convince me and most FReepers that Biden won fair and square without fraud, I will accept him as my president but not until. I await your response.

RE: including the fact that Trump’s own agents never tried to argue fraud in many of the cases.

That’s why the Senate group led by Cruz is trying to postpone formal acceptance of the results until the fraud is thoroughly investigated. They are simply speaking for people like me and over half of the American voters who have doubts that this election was fair.

All attempts at trying to present evidence to the courts were rejected.
Can you show us one court among the contested swing states that even bothered to look at the best evidence presented? Let’s start with the two cases I just mentioned, which court heard these evidence and what was their conclusion?

RE: I am now focused on the Georgia

Well you are ASSUMING that the election in Georgia last November 3 was conducted fairly. If the same fraudulent voting system is in place, why would you expect a different result?

NOPE. The onus is on you to tell me WHY. I’m not going to recommend the wholesale dismantling of investment banks abd then cause my relatives to be unemployed simply because someone like you said so.

RE:Your comment about the DOJ on Russia has nothing to do with their investigations into this issue, though the DOJ did eventually come to the correct conclusion (no collusion and no obstruction).

My comment about their Russia Collusion investigation IS RELEVANT in that they spent RESOURCES to do the investigation. Every nook and cranny were turned and people who even looked guilty ( e.g. Mike Flynn ) were threatened with jail and ruination of their lives. An official report was presented to the country regarding their findings.

WHERE IS THE SIMILAR OFFICIAL DOJ REPORT REGARDING THIS PARTICULAR ELECTION?

I don’t go by a one paragraph statement made by the now departed Bill Barr. I want to read about what he did to come to his conclusion. Where is it? Direct me to the link at least.

I have no ‘onus’ and no obligation to YOU.

This discussion was held 5 years ago when Cruz went bizarro. His wife’s background was investigated and the Goldman-Sachs globalist duplicity was revealed.

So people can say take your ‘onus’ and stick it up the anus.

Here’s what’s important NOW:

Dr. Guan, New Federal State of China

This link starts at time 41:07 automatically.

Listen to Dr. Guan’s statements from time 41:07 all the way through time 48:49.

Recognize we are at WAR with the CCP. Whether you believe it or not now, you will see it come into focus if you pay attention, then any silly jabbering about GS and their Davos cronies will appear as just that, silly.

RE: This discussion was held 5 years ago when Cruz went bizarro. His wife’s background was investigated and the Goldman-Sachs globalist duplicity was revealed.

You want to close the entire GS just because of a few bad apples. Well, why not close all the other CCP ass kissing companies out there starting with Walmart and while we’re at it, all banks that do business with China?
We should also include Ivanka’s business which manufactures in of all places, China.

Cruz’s wife had nothing to do with what ever GS illegal or traitorous things you say they did. All she did was did research and present a report. Did she do anything illegal?

When Cruz was asked about possibly being nominated for SCOTUS he said he'd never accept because his fight will always be for America and that should not be done in court.

I supported him way back when, but have been losing my enthusiasm until today.

Maybe he's willing to stand up and fight like fighters so!

Cruz’s behavior in his run for President against Donald Trump was bizarre and discredited him in the eyes of conservatives. It was shocking to see a stalwart constitutional conservative suddenly start to lie and commit acts that leftists do on a regular basis.

His behavior was discussed for weeks on FR in 2016. His wife’s ties to Goldman-Sachs revealed a motive for his duplicity. He was not well-funded on his own for a presidential run, GS funding is what he needed but it had strings attached.

Cruz sold out.

But he managed to keep enough of his conservative attributes that he barely squeaked a victory over Beto O-Rourke in 2018 as Texans held their noses. In any other election, a landslide would be expected.

There were some red flags about Cruz prior to 2016. He voted for the secret Iran Deal. He explained that he had looked at the deal in a SCIF and it looked like a regular trade deal. He lied or he was not privy to certain classified sections of the deal.

There were also moments where Cruz stood up to the establishment, to McConnell and the monied interests that have bought almost every political office holder in DC. That’s when Cruz became wildly popular with conservatives including myself.

So what is driving Cruz to do the right thing now? It will come out.

But Cruz has a lot to do to make amends for 2016. Texans say if a conservative candidate to their liking runs in 2024, they will dump Cruz.

Cruz, like Trump, is a bull in a china shop. The problem with Cruz is that it’s sometimes our china shop.

You know who else in Texas is even more a chameleon than Ted Cruz?

Dan Crenshaw.

Crenshaw is coddled by Klaus Schwab’s WEF. Look it up. I posted the links and tweets that reveal his duplicitous involvement. He’s right there in the club with Zuckerberg and other young globalists.

And Musk moving to Texas is not a cause for celebration.

People in the globalist club have lawyers and operatives whose sole purpose is to turn Texas blue.

Listen to Dr. Guan of the New Federal State of China (government in exile). When people become aware of the bigger picture, it becomes much easier to put all the other strange oddities and skirmishes in context including Cruz’s inconsistent pathway.
