Rebate? It’s very minor compensation for a government taking.
If it’s a rebate, then why is it being paid to people who pay no taxes, and being withheld from people who pay the most taxes?

It isn’t a rebate. If it was I would be getting a huge one and most people wouldn’t be getting squat. We’re already paying way too much for these redistribution payments...
