Pence Asks Judge to Reject GOP Congressman's Elector Lawsuit (BREAKING)

Vice President Mike Pence asked a federal judge in Texas to deny a Republican congressman’s emergency request for a court order that would essentially allow the vice president to reverse Donald Trump’s election loss during a joint session of Congress Wednesday.

Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas should have sued the U.S. Senate or the House of Representatives if he disagrees with the established way that Electoral College votes are counted, Justice Department attorneys representing Pence said in a filing Thursday.“The vice president -- the only defendant in this case -- is ironically the very person whose power they seek to promote,” the government said.

“The Senate and the House, not the vice president, have legal interests that are sufficiently adverse to plaintiffs.”Gohmert argues Pence can hand Trump a second term by simply rejecting swing states’ slates of Democratic electors and instead choosing competing GOP electors when the Senate and House meet jointly to open and count certificates of electoral votes. Election experts have said such a finding would create a major conflict of interest.

The House asked for the judge’s permission to file its own brief, in which it argues Gohmert is trying to “upend” Congress’ longstanding role in counting the votes of the Electoral College and invalidate the Electoral Count Act, which has governed the process since 1887.“The House also has a compelling interest in ensuring that the public’s confidence in the processes for confirming the results of the 2020 presidential election is not undermined by this last-minute suit, which would authorize the vice president to ignore the will of the nation’s voters,” House attorneys said in the request.In another filing Thursday, Colorado elector Alan Kennedy argued Gohmert’s lawsuit is based on flawed legal arguments and debunked claims of election fraud.

Yes, recent new findings of Jovan Hutton Pulitzer were presented at Wednesday’s GA Senate hearing where Jovan blew everybody’s mind including my own.

Dean describes how Jovan’s team hacked wirelessly into all voting machines and devices at a nearby voting center. His team was working in GA while he was presenting to the GA Senate and after he got done speaking, his team called him to report their findings.

When one of the GA Senators overheard the “WE ARE IN” conversation, he immediately drug Jovan back to the Senate hearing room and told the Senators “You have to hear this.” This happens later after his main presentation is finished so it’s not in the embedded video linked below but you can find it on the RSBN YouTube channel which filmed the full day hearing. I’ll find this piece, isolate it and upload it later to the Newtube channel linked above.

The hacking news was explosive, it found data comm traffic back and forth from China to GA. Let that sink in. More is coming out about this soon.

But there’s more.

At time 11:08 in the embedded AmmoLand video linked below, Jovan shows how the ballots themselves were printed with marking codes that were different for Republican counties versus Democrat counties.

The Republican ballots would turn a higher percent error sending Dominion scans of those ballots to an adjudication file where the scans would be manipulated or recreated dropping votes for Trump and adding votes for Biden. This is also explosive.

These findings show definitively the presence of a sophisticated state actor involved in stealing the election.

For those following Jovan, these new findings add to his previous demonstration of his testing of ballots for kinematic artifacts.

The GA State Senate authorized Jovan’s team to access ballots and perform a forensic audit. As of yesterday, Jovan reports that someone is possibly shredding the ballots before his team gets to them.

There’s no way to explain it legally.

But look at the aftermath. The US got what it wanted, enemy surrender. And proceeded to bring peace and prosperity to the world.

If the enemies had won, would they have brought peace and prosperity?

So it is with the time now. Do the unthinkable, allow the fraudulent assault on our election to come to the public awareness, propose a righteous settlement and demand the frauds be held accountable. Then oversee a new genuine commitment to the real rule of law.

The Marxists can scream that Trump supporters broke the law. Fine, reform the law then. And reform the election system along with it. But the real ballots will back the true winner as reforms are made.

If the Marxists have their way, look for tens of millions of illegals to flood the border, drug cartels to resume their takeover of cities, towns, and regions, courts, judges, and nationally the packing of the US Supreme Court, the takedown of local law enforcement, the confiscation of all firearms, economic trade agreements that continue shifting American industries and technology to offshore regions, the devaluation of US currency, and ultimately the passing of the American nation into history.

You have to weigh motivations and targeted intentions in the context of war and survival before passing judgment.

This is the moment Lincoln warned about, conquered from within. Yet there are those that hold out to law, laws that failed to protect a national election. They are looked on as fools, as useful idiots by the enemy. They are demanding adherence to what is broken.
