That’s a factual point many fail to grasp, and as a result are willing to accept Biden as they feel 2022 and 2024 will be massive Republican gains.
What this clueless bunch has not considered is under Biden the Dominion style vote fraud will only be sharpened to be come a better and more stealthy weapon. Same goes with the other types of fraud. 2020 was an excellent learning tool for future frauds.
Pence is a good man. He ought to be allowed to disagree with you and still be a good man. He’s been extremely loyal to Trump.
And FWIW, I think the idea that the sitting VP can choose the next president both silly and undemocratic. Yes, I know about fraud. It has happened in a number of past elections and will again. Pity the GOP didn’t do a better job fighting it in Georgia BEFORE the election.

I thought the lawsuit was designed to get a judge to say Pence had plenary powers that he already has - if a “judge” were to decide otherwise, it could call those plenary powers into question. It would be like the idiots when they passed a resolution to follow the law and arrest/deport illegals in sanctuary cities...redundant and unnecessary...and then they never really acted on it.
