The columnist is presumably muting his criticism of the fact that Pallies have repeatedly attempted to overthrow Arab host country regimes, thereby making themselves unwelcome. Why? Palestinians have a way of assassinating their Arab critics, especially journalists, who generally lack the funds to pay for a protective detail.
