Former Vice President Joe Biden’s plan to “advance LGBTQ equality” includes a promise to decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws.
“In 2018, 26 states in America had HIV exposure criminal laws,” President-elect Biden’s plan reads under the subhead, “Decriminalize HIV exposure and transmission laws.”
“These laws perpetuate discrimination and stigma towards people with HIV/AIDS, and there is simply no ‘scientific basis’ for them,” the plan continues. “As President, Biden will support legislation like the REPEAL HIV Discrimination Act, which promotes best practice recommendations for states.”
The REPEAL HIV Discrimination Act directs the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Defense (DOD) to conduct a review of laws, policies, regulations, and judicial precedents and decisions dealing with HIV and persons living with the virus.

Under the guise of “equality” we are now witnessing the ability of an individual to infect another with a death sentence much like a covid positive person coughing in your face.
People of color are also enjoying the perks of racial inequality, white privilege and systemic racism, stealing, attacking whites are game now with no threat of criminal prosecution or jail time. They have managed to break down the social order of society starting with defund the police. Dark times ahead. We must deal with thier protectors first and the rest may fall into place

The simple, obvious answer is that Biden must NOT be allowed to take the White House. By any means necessary.

They claim that they’re fighting “stigma“. But just look where this leads to. Would you be in violation if you refuse to date somebody who has HIV after initially answering a dating ad? Isn’t that the stigma they’re trying to eliminate?
Some of the worst stigma and discrimination is practiced by homosexuals themselves. I’ve lurked on some leftist web sites, and they say that it is a serious problem in their “community.“

It’s the 21st Century. We should be using synthetic blood for transfusions. As is usually the case, one can look at entrenched special interests preventing advancement and adoption as there is money to be made in the current system, even if it results in the transmission of deadly disease.

Sorry, I don’t want synthetic blood. I’ll take the blood of clean, compatible relatives first. There is no reason our blood supply should be compromised in safety just because some deviants complain. The deferral of homo blood is thoroughly science-based, considering that they are the group most highly affected, with the second group long behind them.
