The Trump administration says it’s on track to build 450-miles of its border wall by the end of the year.
That’s the goal that the White House set last year.
The Customs and Border Protection now says that 446-miles have been completed as of Monday (28 December 2020).

We’ve been running around 7.66 miles per week lately.
Taking on more of the tougher hills and mountains, and we are over the peak of the 738 mile Program that was planned and funded (60% done).
If Plugs is allowed to steal the election is there anything more than an Executive Order required to tear it down?

They bitched about how much it cost but will spend ten times that to get rid of it.

Perhaps Biden can pay mexico to pay Guatemalans to tear it down, then pay to have them and their families driven in ambulances to american hospitals if they get boo boos
I don’t know that Biden would tear it down. It’s bad politics and the media is not admitting how little mandate the democrats have. Sure, the leftist and republicrats would love to see the wall come down, but they will be afraid to do so because it will be very unpopular. He is going to invite a huge influx of Central America through his liberal immigration policies with or without a wall and the republicrats will be cheering the whole way for their Chamber of Commerce masters.
The wall is only a barrier if there is a strong immigration policy on the other side. If there is no immigration enforcement they will come through the gates.
Just in time to be torn down.
Harris, AOC and The SQUAT will demand that it be torn down and he will follow their lead....................
And Biden CAN’T tear it down. If he tries, there will be thousands of MAGAs on site to act as human shields to stop them.
Also, Biden will never be President.
Sad, 450 of 1954 miles and Trump just signed legislation barring it on many portions of the remaining border. That’s not even half done, and he has now set law to prevent it from being completed regardless. That is a sad conclusion to all of the talk that he gave to earn our votes. A failure that we will see abused as Biden takes office in a couple weeks.

Yes. They reported 446 completed on Monday, but that report has historically been as of the end of the prior week - just published on Mondays. The average pace has been a touch over a mile per day, based on 7 day workweeks.
7.66 mpd during holiday season is very strong production
If we are lucky, the democrats will follow their lead. 2022 is going to be ugly for them regardless, but do this and it will be a bloodbath. The national popularity numbers for the Squad are brutal. Absolutely brutal.
A “no mandate” administration that stole an election and has a corruptocrat at the top with an unpopular person waiting on Biden to “step down for health reasons” in the face of overwhelming unpopularity, a continuing corruption scandal, and a majority of Americans believing the election was stolen is not going to be able to do half of what they think they can IF they steal the senate and even less if they don’t.

It would take money to tear it down (less than to build of course). Then contracts would have to be awarded.
There are even some problems to just completely stopping building.
More than half of what is left (in the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo Sectors) is funded with direct Congressional Appropriations, expressly for that purpose. Not spending such directly appropriated funds for their authorized purpose, was the basis for which impeachment was sought against President Reagan.
They could probably just slow-roll it until they change the rules however.
Bottom Line: They will likely find some justification to do whatever they want, and the Press will cover for them.
If they are too up front about blowing open the borders, they will end up catching more of the blame for the stampede of illegals that will naturally follow (already growing), and the many problems that come with them.
