The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is urging film and TV productions in the area to shut down as fears of another coronavirus surge wash over the state.

“Although music, TV and film productions are allowed to operate,” the health department said according to Deadline, “we ask you to strongly consider pausing work for a few weeks during this catastrophic surge in Covid cases. Identify and delay higher risk activities, and focus on lower-risk work for now, if at all possible."

I want them to shut down, permanently.

Perhaps I’d make a great California heath bureaucrat.

Let him.

I get a blurb from some outfit called Production List.

Almost none of them are even in my region.

All other businesses are mandated to shut down, under penalty of law, yet these people have the option of staying open?

Not fair how these Hollywood liberals and their industry are given such preferential treatment!

They sent to our Hollywood production THREE letters in a month already. We just toss it every time. Every studio and production company follows it, to the ones I know of.

There are thousands of filming studios here in L.A. and if they think they can keep up WHERE they film at certain times, good luck on that.

I even went to the Mandalorian set at Manhattan Beach for Season 3 and it’s busy, and that was 2 weeks ago.

But outside dining isn’t it’s all in who you are.

Hollywood and most of its productions are more pernicious than COVID.

Considering all the logistics I will stick to producing stock footage periodically.

At least I set my own hours and don’t have to deal with idiots and prima donnas.

Some months I make a few bucks on sales.

Most of the time I prefer to work on my old vehicles and such.

I miss the actual production environment at times. Some good times and a lot of learning from some really good directors.

Shut them down until Fidel Gruesome:

Allows us back into our churches, to go inside good restaurants to eat, and our wives, sisters and other ladies to go into Salons for their hair, nails and psychological needs taken care of.

It is only a suggestion and not a order. Hollywood has bribed the governor so I do not expect them shutting down.

I watch Kelly and Ryan talk show at 9am and see the two getting closer and closer on the set. Not 6ft apart. In other segments they do but only for show. They and all the crew should be all dead by now if there was a virus. If the gov’t are rolling in all causes of death due to the chinese virus then you know it is a plandemic.
