What we know about Michelle Swing, the woman given homes by Anthony Quinn Warner
NY Post ^ | December 28, 2020 | 1:10pm | Updated | Lee Brown

Los Angeles-based AEG Presents exec Michelle Swing, 29, was given two properties on the same street in suburban Nashville in the last year, paying nothing despite them being worth more than $400,000 combined, according to property records.

They include the house in Antioch that Warner had last lived in — one he gave to her on Nov. 25, a day before Thanksgiving and exactly a month before his devastating suicide attack in his explosives-laden RV.

Swing has refused to talk about how she knows Warner and has even claimed to have been unaware about the quitclaim transfer that granted her his home, which shows an RV parked next to it in Google Maps images.

But as well as refusing to discuss her ties, Swing is now hiding her own online footprint, deleting social media, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

“She may have been ‘working her way through college’ when they first met.”

That was my first thought. He paid her. He loved her and was fixated on her, and thought she loved him back. (I have no idea — just my opinion of the situation.)

Details on the first house, courtesy of valpal1:

“As near as I can tell the “family” home passed from the father Charles to the son Stephen who died intestate and then the (suspect) Tony used a POA to deed it to himself and then quitclaimed it to Swing four months after his brother’s death for which his mother sued him.”

After which Swing quitclaimed the house to Warner’s mother in July 2019.

No, sounds like she is his daughter which would be good reason for a (reportedly) terminally ill person to deed 2 houses over to her.

The fact that Michelle did quit claimed the one house over to Warner’s mother without any real fight suggests that at some point she may have been aware that she was transferring the property back to her grandmother. This avoided a costly legal fight that she probably would not have won (No will, probate, Warners mother probably has some claim to title of her late son’s property.) It may have preserved or begun a relationship. Maybe at some level she wants to know her grandmother in a positive way. Dunnoh.

One other thing is that Michelle appeared to have actually learned something from her Catholic high school and College Business Degree. She has worked for a living and does not appear to be particullarly conniving. (At least to the extent an outsider can judge.)

Or niece.

The first house he tried to give her was his brothers.

You cannot benefit personally from a POA. I know from personal experience. I’ve had my father’s POA for 10 years. I take that responsibility very serious, he is 95. I’ve protected him a very long time.

I’m a financial advisor, 30 years. A POA with full rights can pretty much access any and all financial resources. A deviant with POA can drain the grantor rather easily.

“A POA with full rights can pretty much access any and all financial resources.”

BUT, you cannot legally personally benefit from the use of it. (that may be a product of the actual form of the document) In Texas the most common one is pretty standard.

You can be legally held responsible for your actions by a court.

I avoid lawyers as much as possible.

Have you ever argued eldercare abuse to the state professionally? I have.

What’s your finance background? Again, I’ve been a retail FA for almost 30 years in NW USA. I’ve worked for some of the largest brokerage firms and banks in the nation.

What experience do you have?

If cancer who would he have told? Perhaps he thought Microwave radiation caused it?

Who knows. HPPA regulations and all that, you probably can get in trouble even after someone dies and it does not sound like his mother is talking.

You said: “What’s your finance background?”

Not here to argue with you.

I’ve had personal experience with POA in 3 situations. Also have good relationship with my stock broker. (she is tops, I trust her financial advice. She was a regulator before she became an agent.)

My wife wears a lot of hats at the local bank.

I’m not an attorney.

Experience? I spent 40 years with 2 privately held wholesale distribution firms. Wore many hats.

Thanks.

Your post clears up the mystery about House #1.

I am hoping that the young woman did not lie to the FBI about the second home - lying to the FBI is a felony.

When will people learn?

NEVER agree to be interviewed by the FBI!

I doubt that there was any lying going on. I suspect that Swing is a privacy loving person who suddenly found herself caught in the national spotlight over something that she really had no role in.

She’s somehow connected with Warner in an innocent fashion and if not for his dramatic exit from life no one would know that she exists.

I haven’t seen anything about him having cancer. Was that his issue? Some people choose suicide rather than suffering death from cancer but I doubt that many have blown up the neighborhood in order to accomplish it.

I read a previous article that said the young woman had mentioned the second house in an email or on social media before she deleted all her accounts.

I do not recall where I read that.

If that is true, then she has felony legal problems.

How do you conclude that? What’s the crime?

She told the FBI she knew nothing about the second house that Warner deeded to her.

The article I read said that she discussed the house in an email or on social media in accounts that she deleted BEFORE she talked to the FBI.

If that is true, she lied to the FBI about a material fact, which is a felony.

Did the FBI release their interview notes?

I am not writing a legal brief.

I read news reports.

I made comments about those news reports.

End of story.

To make it clear, you accepted a media report that would have to have come from an FBI interview with Michelle Swing.

And on that basis you are saying that she committed a felony.

That’s your story.
