It's on the left.
The police are walking up that street at about the 1:35 mark.
They walk right past it because it doesn't appear to be the source of the warning message.
If it was the source they should have taken notice and stopped.

Where’s the RV before the explosion? I watched and didn’t see it.It's that HUGE white thing that moves off the left of the screen about 2:00. He kept walking away past it, otherwise he would be dead.

So creepy to see them walk right past the RV.

Toward the beginning of the video the officers walked past it and it was broadcasting the evacuation message. The officers went down the street and turned right to go to their patrol car and then it exploded. They missed the explosion by minutes. As they passed the RV, one of the officers said that the building housed all the hardware for all landlines in the southeast.

YOu can see the RV near the middle of the screen at 1:18, it is out of view by 2:06.

around 1:44 - 1:59. they walked right by it and you could hear the warning announcements.

Scary as it was but could have been dirty bomb or bio/chem also. Most of those officers and civilians would have been exposed. And there could have been a delay-timed second explosion. Don’t hang around if you have a choice to leave!

they should have taken notice and stopped. What person in their right mind would approach a vehicle which is announcing via loudspeaker there is a bomb and do not approach the vehicle?
The LEO had already been evacuating people along the block. When the LEO approached the RV on the other side of the street, the RV speaker was blaring announcements to evacuate immediately and do not approach the vehicle were already in progress.
As they passed the RV about 90 seconds before it exploded, one of the LEO noted that the building next to the RV (AT&T building) houses all of the hard lines for communication in the southeast.

I don't see the RV at 40 seconds. Then when they walk past it at 2:00, its facing the opposite direction as in the other video's and photos

They just kept walking because the RV wasn't issuing the warning.
