The Republican leader of a plan to challenge Electoral Vote counts ripped his GOP critics Monday as quitters unwilling to do the “homework” needed to save the Trump presidency.
“It is sad to the extent that we've got Republicans who are unwilling to do their homework or unwilling to make tough decisions,” said Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks on Fox & Friends.
Brooks was reacting to comments from fellow Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger and widely publicized by the media that Brooks’ plan is a “scam.”
Brooks said, “If he would do his homework he would understand that the evidence is overwhelming and he can either surrender to the people who support voter fraud elections or he can fight for his country on this particular issue.”

I think most of them that signal something that is against the grain...do it to get a bribe to back down. I dont know if this particular case is an exception

To not reveal their hand is a good strategy. It leaves the MSM blind as to their intentions thus they cannot go out and smear them. Also the Antifa/BLM crowd is out of the loop until Jan 6th.
The various states that chose alternate electors kept this pretty much private until it actually happened, which surprised many. This shows there’s activity going on behind the scenes.
Rand Paul is very outspokenly in support of Trump. Ted Cruz offered to argue the Texas case at the SC. These two cannot be compromised by bribes or China Mitch’s badgering.
How sad it will be for the defeatists & Debbie Downers here at FR if January 6th turns out in favor of Trump. These losers will be offing themselves in droves along with the democrat/commies.
My theory in politics is to support your friends and ignore your enemies.
In that regard an email to Mo Brooks thanking him for taking his strong stand is worth much more than an email to Mitch McConnell.
Brooks can kiss my butt. He had the gaul to go on TV and when asked if GOP would vote to give the American people 2K vs. 600. He said “Yes, if they can tell us how to pay for it”. Seriously? How are we the people paying for hundreds of billions of dollars of the foreign aid package you just voted on and passed.?
Then Toomey had the gaul to refuse to give 2K to American people because he is mad that Federal employees haven’t lost a paycheck. So deny the other hundreds of millions of non Fed people the money.
Fun Fact: (did you know this?) The Fed Reserve funds itself via their own money creation.. Only department I know that does this.
Kinzinger is like a bad joke. At least Brooks is up for the fight.
No state legislature has chosen “alternate” electors. There is at most one certified slate of electors from every single state.

Easy to guess. When thr rubber hits the road people find excuses on why they couldn’t do the right thing. Sorry to say it but Trump just proved that again by signing a TRASH bill. Will the election be th3 one outlier when it comes to making the tough decisions. Probably not.
They all just got reelected. If you haven’t figured it out yet. They don’t care and neither do the people.
