California is now reporting the highest number of new daily COVID-19 cases per capita in the country.
Last week, the state reported the nation's fourth highest number of daily COVID-19 cases per 100,000 residents over a seven day period, but California jumped to first place when the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention updated its case per capita tracker Saturday

Totally agree, but as a former CA resident, the factor that Gruesome Newsome doesn’t seem to bother to control (because he can’t) is the homeless population. I am pretty sure that the huge homeless population in CA is a major contributor to this issue.

Like I yell at the TV here in Washington state whenever our idiot governor adds more retrictions ala California - after 8 or 9 months, you should know what works and what doesn’t. You now have demographics to know where the hot spots are and aren’t and why.
Using the same broad brush you used in March with similar poor results is both dumb and insulting.
Unless there is some other motive......
