If Texas turns blue, can Republicans ever win the White House again?
Just the News ^ | December 25, 2020 | Joseph Curl

Let's start in 2000. That year, former Texas Gov. George W. Bush absolutely annihilated Democrat Al Gore in Texas, winning 59.3% of the vote to Gore's 37.9%. Bush won by 1.3 million votes of about 6 million cast.

Bush crushed Democrat John Kerry in 2004, 61.1% to 38.2%. That time he won by nearly 1.7 million votes of some 7 million ballots cast.

But things began to change when Barack Obama ran for president. While the late Sen. John McCain defeated the Democrat in 2008, he got just 55.4% of the vote to Obama's 43.6%. And McCain won by fewer than 1 million votes of about 8 million ballots cast.

Utah Sen. Mitt Romney took the margin back above that million-vote mark, defeating Obama in Texas by more than 1.2 million votes of about 8 million ballots cast as he took the state by 57.1% to 41.3%.

Yet President Trump couldn't match those numbers in 2016. He won 52.1% to Democrat Hillary Clinton's 43.1%. And he won by slightly more than 800,000 votes of some 8.5 million cast.

Things got worse in 2020, when Trump got 52.1% of the vote to Joe Biden's 46.5%. While a win, his margin was just more than 600,000 votes — of nearly 11 million cast.

You read that right: 11 million. That's double the number of votes cast in the state in 1996.

“I am worried enough about election fraud, but I am terrified at the prospect of demographics making Rat fraud unnecessary. The public education system, immigration policy, and successive generations of freebie babies coming of age is shifting politics to the blue end of the spectrum- and not just in Texas.”

Annd as immigrants come over from Mexico and see the same crap they ran away from,it may all turn to republican, whether dems like it or not...But there was enough black and white dems to make the steal in 2020....It could be a different outlook in 2024...

California dems were shocked that Hispanics shot down affirmative action measure...Never called them racist for doing so.....Hispanics only need a few more millions to exert real power to any politician...No matter what the party is.....Calif Hispanics proved that....

Democrats have invaded a lot of red states in the last twenty years...

And the pace is accelerating as people flee failed blue states like NY and CA. One thing above all is true of liberals: they don't associate cause with effect. Many will continue to vote in their new states for the same things that caused them to move from the old ones.

Our plan. One county, one electoral vote.

Freedom means nothing. It’s all about power.

The bad part is that as those people leave, the states they leave get MORE Democrat. Check the composition of the state legislatures in NY and Cal.

The picked 6 blue metropolis and played with vote and won!!! If they manipulate 20-30 metropolis votes, there will be a one party electorate.

Agree-and they can’t unplug our power if we leave, either-we have our own grid and production-oil, NG, refineries, solar and wind farms-I think we can keep the lights on...

Constitutional safe guards that were built in to save the nation from this very situation have completely failed.

Many in denial about that....

Left out of the discussion is that Trump got the highest percentage of the vote in New York for any Republican since Reagan.

Trump is highly unlikely to be on the ballot again; either he wins his fight this year and serves a 2nd term or he's four years older when the time to run comes around and he doesn't bother. Trump galvanized a broad spectrum of supporters united by a love of the USA and an actual agenda of action, not just vague promises of slowing down the dems because the GOP isn't quite as bad as them. The GOP hasn't run on anything really in a decade, just slowing down socialism a little. And even then, they refused to actually do it when they had the power.

But they will be the ones deciding who runs. They'll give us Trump fans the finger again by nominating Romney or some other worthless POS. And that might be the last GOP nominee to ever run, the party will die if they do that.

So, starting a new Party is going to fix this?

Possibly. If we can get US workers to vote for a American First Party, then yes. Th Republican Party is so anti worker and globalist that 50 million decide not to vote every election. 50 million....

As long as Republicans hold the top offices in the state, Texas is relatively safe but once the Democrats win key races, they’ll pass through vote-by-mail, ballot harvesting, Hammer and Scorecard and every trick in the book, just as they are doing with California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. There’s almost no way the GOP wins if that happens.

Which is one reason I’m unhappy with all these Californians moving to Texas. They don’t realize they carry the Liberal Extremist Virus (LEV) with them and will still vote California’s liberal extremist values until they reach critical mass and take over.

Explain to them they fled California because of liberal extremism and they’ll just stare at you with their pupils spinning counterclockwise while they extol the need to have pro-abortion, pro-environment, anti-meat, anti-gun zealots in every office. When enough of them get elected, Texas is gone and so is any hope of the USA returning to freedom.
