President-elect Joe Biden on Saturday pressed President Trump to immediately sign a COVID-19 relief bill that is stuck in limbo, blasting what he deemed Trump's "abdication of responsibility."
Biden noted that the bill contains provisions for small businesses and extended unemployment benefits, as well as stimulus checks, and could help struggling families as they come up against the pandemic's economic fallout during the holiday season.
"It is the day after Christmas, and millions of families don't know if they'll be able to make ends meet because of President Donald Trump's refusal to sign an economic relief bill approved by Congress with an overwhelming and bipartisan majority," Biden said in a statement. "This abdication of responsibility has devastating consequences."

All summer and fall Joe Biden thoufgt it was ok for Nancy Pelosi to forfeit her responsibility to work with the White House on a covid relief package. June, July, August, September, October, November the Democrats said no to Covid relief. Now in December Nancy Pelosi brought forth an obscene omnibus bill to fund foreign governments, Broadway, the shuttered Kennedy Center, special kickback programs, the U.S. Government and as afterthought Covid relief.
As an American taxpayer I say no to this misuse of our money. Nancy Pelosi must do 2 bills, the first Covid relief and the second funding the government . Go through regular order, present amendments, get rid of foreign aid wasteful spending and can the pork, then vote.

Take care of the USA today and worry about Pakistan and other nations another time. Why any money for other country's fair election when we can't do fair elections in this country? Why any dollars for any arts foundation? We are $27trillion in debt now? Why $25 million for a House of Rep payraise? Let's see $25mil/435 equals in excess of $57,000 per rep? Not bad since avg Joe, who they put out of work with Fauci's flu, gets crumbs ($600).
Someday the American people will realize that when these fine elected people in DC touch anything it generally turns to $hit and that they should be term-limited so that they don't do much harm to the country.

Joe wants the benefits of the bill but wants the debt attributed to Trump.
Biden failed to note that 78% of the money goes to pork--money to foreign governments and questionable programs unrelated to COVID relief. Biden should commit to removing unrelated programs and provide funds to families who need it (stimulus check for $2,000) and small restaurants and bars.
Joe is pretending that all of the $900 billion is COVID relief, while only $198 billion is actually going to the people (stimulus check for $600).

We will be lucky to make it to June or July before the entire economy tanks under Biteme. We may get lucky and a hangover from Trump's policies will keep the economy moving. But sooner or later the huge influx of illegals and the exporting of jobs back to China will kill our fragile economy. Wall Street will soar, while those of us in middle America are tossed on a dung heap by the GOPe.

Where was this demented perv when Pelosi was obstructing passage of multiple covid relief bills. Yup, like a typical hypocrite democrat, he was silent.
