Believe VP Pence did not leave his governorship until after the counting of the electoral college votes on 6 Jan. Wouldn’t put much weight to the Ho not resigning yet. The normal is to wait for the counting of the votes.

I am still hopeful, but I’m not really sure I see the mechanism.
I think we’re in a situation where it’s like an internal problem within the Genovese crime family in NY — you amass a lot of evidence and eventually — after numerable delays — you go the Don himself, Vito Genovese, and you explain to him that the Genovese crime family has been engaged in (hold on to your hat) illegal activities. I somehow don’t think that Don Vito Genovese would exclaim, “So much evidence! I had no idea! I reverse my previous thinking! We must punish the guilty!”
The Courts? Congress? Do they care about your evidence?
