A judge from Fulton County which includes Atlanta has dismissed a lawsuit by the Republican Party seeking to limit the use of voter drop boxes for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate runoff races saying the state has immunity from being sued, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Thursday. Superior Court Judge Kimberly Esmond Adams ruled she doesn’t have jurisdiction because of sovereign immunity that protects governments from lawsuits, the Journal-Constitution said. Republicans had argued that drop boxes should be limited to the same hours as county election offices, which typically close at 5 p.m. on weekdays. But an attorney for the Georgia secretary of state’s office said the state election board approved the boxes to be used at all hours.
Famed attorney Lin Wood sued the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in November claiming that he unlawfully changed election law in March to settle a lawsuit by Georgia Democrats, something he said the state constitution expressly grants to the legislature. Incumbent Republicans Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue are facing Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff in Jan. 5 runoffs after none of the candidates received more than 50% of the vote. While Perdue received only a few thousand votes shy of the 50% threshold, Warnock led Loeffler 33% to 26%. However, Loeffler and fellow Republican Doug Collins, plus four other Republicans in a race with 20 candidates, received a combined 49.3% of the vote compared to about 48.4% for Warnock and the next seven Democrats.

That would accentuate “spoiled ballots”...
It is perfectly feasible to shut down a Dropbox between certain hours.
Keep in mind that this is a state run by REPUBLICANS.
Black County. Black Judge.
Who is surprised by this ruling?
Exactly
Hard truth.
Your assessment is correct. We will not do the thing that will restore Constitutional Government. We do not have the will. So prepare to live as a slave.
If fraud needs to be proved, this is it.
I wont be surprised or broken hearted if some of these criminals to start “disappearing”.
Well, before doing that, he needs to be named in a court case as (prime) contributor to violating voter election laws by failing to have the Legislature pass the election law changes to mail-in fraud and extra voter qualification to vote in runoff elections he is using, and for his promotion of Dominion machines without approval of the Legislature. That way, the Governor of GA cannot be considered a legitimate authority to cast the Executive tie-breaking vote of a state's elector choice in event of Legislature stalemate with objections to Electors.
I don’t think it fazes them in the least. As long as nobody is rocking their boat, everything is A-OK.

Do a search on Jordan Fuchs. She is the one running the SOS office. A nasty piece of work was she is how apparently has Ruffenpuke by the short hairs.
“Well, before doing that, he needs to be named in a court case as (prime) contributor to violating voter election laws”
Oh haven’t you heard? Nobody in America will have “standing”.
It’s true. This seems foolproof. The perfect crime. Wonder how many Chinese agents it took to put it together?
if they were anywhere near me they would not get a ballot out of them
We are beyond the rule of law.
Tyrants need to be treated as such.
Ordinarily, a clever idea. But in the current GA, such a suit will be the subject of an emergency telephonic hearing and dismissed 15 minutes after it is filed.
Only the naïve believe GA is "Republican-led".
The state giving instelf immunity from the responsibility of following laws that apply to the state. Why am I not surprised anyomre?
