Well, before doing that, he needs to be named in a court case as (prime) contributor to violating voter election laws by failing to have the Legislature pass the election law changes to mail-in fraud and extra voter qualification to vote in runoff elections he is using, and for his promotion of Dominion machines without approval of the Legislature. That way, the Governor of GA cannot be considered a legitimate authority to cast the Executive tie-breaking vote of a state's elector choice in event of Legislature stalemate with objections to Electors.
