Dominion Voting Systems, one of the two companies that have been accused by President Donald Trump and his lawyers of stealing the election in favor of Joe Biden, have put several Fox News presenters and other right-wing media outlets on notice that defamation lawsuits are coming.
Dominion, which provided vote-counting equipment to several states during the November election, this week sent 21 letters threatening Fox News and hosts Sean Hannity, Lou Dobbs and, Maria Bartiromo, with impending legal action.
'We write regarding patently false accusations that Dominion has somehow rigged or otherwise improperly influenced the recent U.S. Presidential election — accusations that you have featured on your programming and that you yourself have also echoed,' the letter to Hannity, a staunch Trump ally, reads, as reported by Business Insider.

Indiana decertified the machines back in 2011. They just “changed their name”. And became more aggressive in sales and more devious in method of operations. FULL discovery should expose it all! Full discovery should shut ALL of them down forever.
This is nothing but an attempt by Dominion to force honest reporters to back off of the reporting until after Jan 20 after which it won't make much difference! There will never be discovery.
It is sad how some some news analyzers can be sued for reporting their opinions but the social media platforms can't be sued for for rejecting those opinions.

There is NO way he walks from $15M/year and huge viewership because he doesn’t like management.....
Dominion will fight every request and crooked, compromised, Trump hating judges will agree with them and deny access to requested documents and testimony.

Most likely he has a no interference clause in his contract giving his staff and him complete editorial freedom..
The Dominion principles and their lawyers need to go on a slay ride for writing these letters

It’s been said Hannity’s viewership is already down by more than 50%. Like that Deal Or No Deal TV show, the next offer might not be what he’s hoping for.
But even without the $15 million, he still has the radio show, and he isn’t hurting for money.
Probably does, but even an interference clause has limitations.....Hence, the parent entity facing a lawsuit from outside (ex. Dominion) without the ability to absolutely defend in court (unrefutable proof)...
Regardless, walking away from a rich contract with endless perks is unlikely unless someone offers him more...
He has an ex-wife and two kids that got a substantial settlement and a very good chunk of past and present income plus he has a very expensive girlfriend in Ainsley Earhardt......

Dominion certainly does NOT want ‘Discovery’.
mean letters from lawyers do have there place as a way of avoiding legal entanglements or being taken seriously by a company when there is a problem but Announcing a law suit that has not been filed is not one of them.
