Probably does, but even an interference clause has limitations.....Hence, the parent entity facing a lawsuit from outside (ex. Dominion) without the ability to absolutely defend in court (unrefutable proof)...

Regardless, walking away from a rich contract with endless perks is unlikely unless someone offers him more...
