What a complete waste of money. If the cash was dumped in a fire, at least it would provide a little heat.

>>The money, part of a $900 billion coronavirus relief package, is designed to help the culture sector — from dive-bar rock clubs to Broadway theaters and museums — survive.

How many of the so-called dive bar rock clubs are actually discos? How much of the money is actually going to crooked LiveNation chains and civic venues?

Obviously enjoys DC cocktail parties more than being in Texas. The epitome of a worthless politician but I guess slighter better than his democrat opponent.

We need to storm Washington, grab them by the scruffs of their necks and escort them out of government. Every one of them.

>>John Cornyn, Republican of Texas.<<

I did not know Sen. Cornyn helped concoct this crap.

I wrote him a letter a few dayz ago to express my displeasure over the amount of pork and foreign $$$ being slung around with lil regard for American citizens.

Told him he lost my future support...now I know for certain I made the right decision.

All businesses are equal. Some are more equal than others. Depends who they give the kickbacks to.

Not much difference between Democrats and Republicans. Need a new party now, and Trump is the one to lead it.

From the headline I take it that Cornyn has decided to run for president.

Trust me on this. Cornyn wants to be president.

At No time should any part of the entertainment industry ever receive any taxpayer funding, tax credits or any other subsidy.

Cornyn is a RINO. He gets re-elected on name recognition only.

You could give every single one of those “artists” one million dollars and it would cost less than the 15 billion in this bill.

Small businesses, largely, are small businesses. The arts should not be excluded categorically.

Now the Devil is in the details as to whether these are appropriate or not.
