so like I Have been saying...competing factions...his nature leans toward Powell but others persuaded him..namely Ivanka, Kushner, and Rudy, IMO

Ultimately, the AG takes marching orders from the President. If Barr won’t appoint a Special Counsel, then Trump needs to find someone who will. With all the GOP lawyers Trump could possibly bring in as AG, I find it incredible if there’s not a single one who’s willing to appoint a Special Counsel.
Except the Trump’s own DOJ and the courts have all said there has been no widespread voter fraud and when Trump’s own lawyers go to court a lot of them don’t even argue voter fraud.
