Everything he said made perfect sense.
We’ve entered bizarro world.
Even I can't believe Slow Joe is stupid enough to say that. Does anyone have the full context of this call? Maybe even the few seconds leading into this? The meaning is considerably different if he is attributing this as a quote to someone else than if he is making the claim himself.
Also, when did he say this and to whom was he meeting with by video?

Need to remember this guy was all for throwing every black into jail because of the particular drug they were using versus the drug whites were using for recreation.
He was always a racist. Over time he just lost enough control of his faculties to start saying what his heart and mind were thinking.

Apparently after reading the comments on the Citizen Free Press site, it's around 1:14:00 to get the full context to the shortened video.
This appears to be the same call where Biden said “they beat the hell out of us” over defund the Police.
