Pence May Reject Biden’s Fraudulent Electors
Firebrand and freedom fighter Boris Epshteyn, a Trump 2020 adviser, is working overtime through the holidays to legally prove election fraud and rightfully overturn the results, namely, in Arizona.
Epshteyn, a regular guest on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” said during his latest appearance on the number one political podcast in the country, that Vice President Mike Pence may reject the slate of electors he finds fraudulent during a joint session of Congress on January 6.
Boris was responding to a question about how President Trump can still prevail.
“So when the time comes on January 6…” the Vice President can count the “correct electors…the electors based on the most legal votes,” Epshteyn said on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast. “Let not forget that a week ago today, the Trump electors were sent to Congress…along with the Biden electors,” he continued. Epshteyn later said the Trump team is prepared to fight well past January 6 if Congress cannot certify a winner.
This is significant since Vice President Mike Pence is tasked with reading each states’ electors into the official record during the Joint Session of Congress on January 6.
Some legal scholars have argued that where there are disputes over electors, the vice president has the legal authority to read into the record only that slate of electors which he believes is correct.
There’s discrepancy between legal scholars who say the vice president has no such power and may only read the slate of electors transmitted to the Congress by state officials. The answer to who wields this power or not falls within the open question of law that must be decided by the Supreme Court of the United States.
SCOTUS has never ruled on this issue in history. However, if Pence rejects some of Joe Biden’s electors, this could be the first time in history the highest court in the nation resolves this question.

The theory here is that contested states like Georgia or Pennsylvania may send two sets of electors on January 6. One set of electors will of course have the fraudulent votes based on illegal balloting.
The second set of electors may be from the GOP party and they may deliver electoral votes for President Trump.
So. The question is who does the president of the Senate, Mike Pence, recognize?
Just wondering - were they determined to be fraudulent via a court order? Who will adjudicate that they were fraudulent?
Disagree. We must use every possible lawful, legal, Constitutional means to set this right.
All of the above must be tried.

Absolutely. But this was a speculative answer that Pence “may” act.
They are pushing hard as Rudy Giuliani said there’s potential action by the Arizona legislature to undo the certification there. They appear to be a little short but it’s in play.
Georgia is getting a lot of pressure. The state Senate issued a Judiciary report all but damning the election there and saying they need to act on it.
Wisconsin is being hunted right now as they have a team out to identify where all the illegal absentee ballots were coming from and it’s a serious operation.
President Trump isn’t giving up. He’s not bending at all. His efforts are continuing and they are fighting the election theft.

These states changed their election laws without going through the legislature. Every vote from these states is illegal, and every elector.

This is Pence we are talking about ..but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.
He’ll never have to pay for another drink. He’d have to resign afterwards.
Pence is no Race Bannon.
The core of the challenge MUST come from the Republican controlled state legislatures in the contested states...using their Article II Constitutional responsibilities and authority to send a different slate of electors to the feds by Jan 4th.
Without that, Pence has far fewer options.
How many times does it have to be pointed out that Pence does not have the authority to choose which electors he counts. The only ones with the ability to challenge and reject electors are the House and Senate and both have to agree to reject them.
We’ll find out what Pence is made of soon enough.
He’s not resigning.

Pence is counting the votes tallied by the Electoral College. Those are the only ones, by law, he can count.
