After that amount of affirmative action jobs, promotions, board memberships, housing, set aside construction and other project awards, presence on TV ads, and government money programs has gone to Latinos, then it will be completed.

Migrants wore out their welcome in Mexico during the last caravans as their towns were invaded by mobs and trashed, children were stolen and recruited migrants increased the numbers and power of cartels that robbed nationals. Allowing millions of non-messicans is just going to increase turf wars. We need to get rid of 40 million illegals not allow more in.
