Rep. Devin Nunes accused the Justice Department and FBI officials of misleading Congress regarding documents Republicans sought as part of their investigation into abuse of the FISA program. Nunes said Sunday that he plans to submit criminal referrals to the Justice Department regarding information found in newly declassified FBI messages from Peter Strzok. Nunes said that the messages should have been provided to his committee years ago, but that government officials denied they existed.

Let me understand this. The FBI and DOJ deliberately withheld evidence. That is a crime. So the criminal referral is to who? Why to the FBI and DOJ, of course.
Talk about fox in the hen house.
Oh, please. Referrals to DOJ have been sent in the past then they disappeared into the black hole.
This time there will be a strongly worded memo written by DOJ to not violate the law again. After all this is only like 1% of the FBI the rest are stand up people who always do the right thing and never follow unlawful orders.
The DOJ can give a 90 day period to rewrite the charter for the FBI, changing its purpose to investigating federal crimes instead of being political mercenaries for sale. That goes for the federal courts as well.

Democrats and their thug enablers in the FBI have been doing this kind of stuff for decades. At least now we’re aware of what’s going on...
And part of that is due to the work Nunes has done...
Before Trump the FBI worked for democrats and against Republicans but no one knew.
Nunes is right outing them again, and again and again. There are still folks out there who think the FBI is an unbiased law enforcement agency. Just like there are still people who think the liberal press is fair to both sides. They’re NOT....

Refer all you want, the DOJ is only going to cover up the crimes, not prosecute them.
